Onboarding

The Onboarding page is a tab on the Management page. It is a Kanban-style organizer to track the onboarding stages of new registrations. Depending on your role, this list may be empty.

You can drag a registration into a different section to change its status.

If a registration has a supervisor, the supervisor’s name will show as a badge in the top-right corner.

This helps display which leader is on which case, and prevent duplicate outreach or cases.
